We recently had our wedding reception at this venue. The team at Seasons5 could not do enough to accomodate us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the reception space looked amazing and the staff were more than happy for us to put all our own finishing touches to the venue. The food was incredible. We opted for the buffet and our guests were raving about the quality of the food. The event was well organised and everything ran smoothly on the night. We could not have asked for a better event for our special occasion. Highly recommended

We celebrated our anniversary party in December with family and friends and were very pleased with the custoner service, decorations and food ....Siva and team and Marlene and staff were very accommodating and attentive throughout the night . Lots of compliments from our guests, ambience too was spectacular !

Ballara Receptions was more than 5 stars. From the beginning enquiry, through the entire planning process and to the final big day we were impressed all the way through. All of the staff are friendly, professional and reply promptly to any questions. The gardens are just beautiful, particularly for photographs and the options for the day are so flexible. The food was a highlight for everyone and I would highly recommend the chef for being able to provide for people with complicated food allergies making the day completely stress free. Ballara Receptions is a must to look at if you are planning to get married! We cannot thank the Ballara staff more for going above and beyond to make our day so special.

Where do we start. Ballara is a truly beautiful place to choose as a wedding venue. We had Loretta run our day and she did an amazing job, along with all the staff. Chateau Wyuna was the perfect place for our wedding as it’s a hidden gem in the suburbs of Melbourne. When choosing a place for our wedding reception, Chateau was always friendly, up front about what you pay for, and considerate of the decision we had to make. Going forward, Cathy gave us heaps of information and advice while planning and also recommended lots of great local vendors that were reasonably priced. On the day, the coordination was seamless and willing to adapt to our long speeches (sorry!). The food was incredible and the gardens were spectacular for our spring wedding. Andrew was so easy to work with. Answered emails quickly. Took great care of us when we had to postpone. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Every guest said they enjoyed themselves and the food was great. The venue was gorgeous and they took care of everything on the day. I barely lifted a pinky! Even the waiters was incredible. They kept checking in on my during the reception. Everyone really went above and beyond.
